Here We Go Again…2009
A new year and a new perspective in being healthy. Surely some have fallen away from their goals from last year. Thats alright as long as you get up and try again.
Let's start with something simple: 30 minutes of health.
Don't worry about losing fifty pounds. Don't worry about running a mile. Just do some activity for 30 minutes consistently. The key point is consistently.
Focus on consistently taking 30 minute bits and as your body responds increase it appropiately. Remember, if your focus is on getting healthy, this is a lifestyle and not a race.
Don't overthink anything…the most important thing to do is just start.
