Looking for some iPod earphone replacements for your workouts?
I don't know about you but I have a lot of trouble with my Ipod earphones during workouts. Grabbing them as they fall out while I am on the treadmill is just no fun!
Here are some in-ear earphones (sounds redundant doesn't it?) from Etymotic Research, the ER-6i Isolator earphones, that should take care of that problem. Here is a little note from the editor of Pod Mania: "These are definitely pricey for your average workout but I have to say they are comfortable, have great sound and will never fall out while you're doing your crazy hand jive." Well, I've learned never to grouse about the money I spend on myself to minimize stress or develop personally.
Squat For Life – Obesity Help
Name: Etymotic ER-6i Isolator Earphones
Purpose: iPod earphone alternative/replacement/upgrade for workout, exercise or other activities with lots of movement.
Price: $149.00
Accessories: Carrying pouch, 1 pair of white rubber eartips, 1 pair of foam eartips, 2 replacement filters, filter changing tool and cable shirt clip.
Compatible: All iPods
What I appreciate about the ER-6i earphones is that they "isolate" your music experience from the external noise. At my gym, the music that is always on gets to be annoying. It is high energy dance music one minute and then "somebody shot my dog" music the next minute. I am glad that these earphones come in white so that they keep the iPod color scheme. The silicone rubber flanges keep the earphones in your ear while you are bouncing on the treadmill.
The sound separation is really good and the bass is tight not boomy.
I would suggest taking a serious look at this iPod earphone alternative for your workouts.
