Well, it has been a while since I last wrote. As I promised, let’s talk about my blood pressure now vs December 2005.

In December 2005, my blood pressure was 160/91. Ooowee! That’s nice and high! Within 10 months of exercise, my blood pressure dropped to 134/72 in October 2006. It was a combination of consistent 6 day exercise weeks and diet changes. I lost 45 pounds during that period of time.

After that, my weight loss went into “park” due to the reasons discussed in my September 2006 blog entry.


My blood pressure is still in normal range.

I attribute the blood pressure drop mostly to the weight-loss. Weight has a significant influence on your blood pressure. Especially when you are 100+ pounds over weight!
