Programs That Really Work

Hello Every One,

I set this site up for real people that are serious about weight loss and would like to start losing real weight today.  I have struggled with my weight my whole life and I have found a few tips and ideas that have worked for me. Don't get me wrong we are all different and require different programs that's why I have dedicated my self to finding as many programs as I can so that everyone has options and can find one that works for you.  I am sure you will not be disappointed.  In the mean time I will be adding a much information that I can and any new programs that I find that work and post them up here for everyone to try.

These my tips on losing weight this is a list of things that work for me. I will be updating regularly as I find more programs that make my life easier as I am sure it will make your too!

  • Eating 4 or 5 small meals instead of three large meals
  • My wife dances while she does chores
  • Walking faster at work
  • Taking a walk in the morning before I do anything else ( this is my number one favorite and I have found it works best for me)
  • Stay away from energy drinks they are packed with unwanted sugar and empty calories
  • I make my lunch for work the day before because I have found if I make it in the morning I tend to just put a bunch of crap in it because I am in a hurry.When I make my lunch the day before I will stop and think about my lunch and make sure that it is healthy.
  • Taking a walk to our favorite dining spot.My family burns calories on the way to dinner and get our heart rate up before we even eat.After dinner we walk home and burn even more calories.  I love this one
  • Standing at the doctor's office I have knee problems so I am always at the doctor's office but I burn an extra 30 calories just by standing.
  • Never go to the store hungry.  I tend to buy more junk food just cause I am hungry.
