Burn the Fat by Tom Venuto

I found Tom Venuto to be a very intriguing person. I wanted to do some research about him, mostly about if he actually 'burned the fat' and if he really was able to show me how to lose weight and get rid of some of my body fat.

There are a lot of fake weight loss experts roaming around out there. But once you meet with them, you realize they are fat and unhealthy and just trying to make some extra cash. Most of them do not possess any knowledge of fitness and do not know how to teach the people looking for their assistance.

When I checked him out, I found that he was a noted bodybuilding expert and weight reduction coach. While I'm not sure how well educated or trained he is as a personal fitness instructor, pictures of him are strong evidence of his commitment to physical fitness and health.

Clearly the visual photos were concrete evidence to prove he was actually out there doing it and not just talking about losing weight.

This thing has lots of people talking about it and some cases of what look to be stellar results. As you've probably seen in the infomercials before and after photos are the most powerful evidence to prove whether an exercise, workout system, or diet plan really works or is just marketing hype and hot air.

I'm e'er a bit unbelieving by nature and so once something I'm looking at proves itself after my thorough search, the creator did it, and lots of another grouping followed his/her route and methods to do it then it becomes true to me.

As you know there's lots of hype and outright lies in the health and weight loss field. There's all kinds of lotions, potions and pills which claim to slash the weight off your midsection in 10 pound chunks which take only 24 hours to do.

As everyone knows, losing weight, lowering your body fat, and getting rid of that spare tire is going to take some work; there's no easy one-step solution.

This diet will only work if you begin to eat foods with less calories that can easily be burnt off with exercise. The foods should also have more nutrients and be healthier, such as fruits and vegetables.

The beautiful thing about burn the fat is it's completely unassuming and hype free way of getting the message across. It's all about weight loss and really burning up fat in a scientific and proven way that you can start using as soon as you get it.

I recently came across a few personal customer reviews, which were positive enough to get me thinking that maybe I should try this out for myself.

When I started Tom's Burn The Fat diet program in January, I weighed 317 pounds. As of Dec. 1st, I weigh 226 lbs. 91 pounds of fat gone forever is a pretty cool thing! And by the way… I turned 40 this year, so if anyone out there is thinking that you are "too old" - think again.

I started the program at 254 lbs and 36% body fat. I am now down to 214 lbs and 22% bodyfat, so I have lost 44 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of lean body mass. "

The problem is everyone's different and no singular work out, health, or diet plan will work for everyone all the time. Since we are unique you have to test out different things to see what works for your specific body type.

Can you cite one with acknowledged proof of working? The proof should be universal.

After doing all the proper due diligence I believe and recommend Burn the Fat as the one system based on such solid research and foundations it will work for most people most of the time. The only way to know for sure is to test it out for yourself which I highly recommend you do.
