When you want to lose weight, you should not drink alcohol because it inhibits your body's ability to burn fat.

It is also responsible for leeching minerals out of the bones.
Refined Sugar and High Fructose Corn Syrup: Sugar in liquid form is absorbed fast by the body putting the your health at risk.
The capacity to burn fat drops when your insulin levels rise. This results to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, premature aging, heart disease, and unwanted weight gain.
