You’ll easily reject it as a silly assumption. But No! Research shows that trapping along with passing and dribbling skills alone decide whether your team is capable of winning matches or not.</p>
<p> When a player catches the ball and is able to maintain its possession with him, it’s trapping. In such soccer exercises, they can use their feet, chest, and thighs to do so.</p>
<p> It’s vital for your players to master the skill of trapping the ball. If the players don’t know how to trap the ball, the primary skill, they would fail to have control over the game. Some of the following techniques help in enhancing the trapping skills of the players.</p>
<p> Involve the Feet: Primarily, the coach must teach the players to use their feet in tackling the ball. Kids soccer drills should predominantly include practicing the kids on use of the inside of their foot. The biggest reason for this is that the inside area of the foot is broad and is most helpful in tackling the ball.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.soccerdrillstips.com/drills" onclick="javascript:urchinTracker ('/outbound/article/www.soccerdrillstips.com');">Soccer Drills</a></p>
<p> In soccer coaching drills, players can be taught to use the instep or crown of the foot along with entire foot when the players are senior and established. Guide the players to use their shin or ankle as the best bet to hold the ball if the ball is leaping too much.</p>
<p> Thigh Movement: A thigh is very useful in controlling the fast and bouncy approaching ball. Guide the players to come in front of the ball, take one thigh up to capture the ball and other thigh to stay grounded. It is important to learn that as soon as the ball meets the thigh, the knee should be dropped so that the ball drops right there and does not move away from the player.</p>
<p> Continue repeating this exercise till the time you learn it by heart i.e. stopping the ball with your thigh and then tumbling the thigh down so the ball stays somewhere close to you.</p>
<p> Use the Chest: You can also use your chest to trap the ball that is high up in the air, just like your thigh. Players should be positioned in front of the ball to face it but using the energy through their chest to stop it. This will have the effect of breaking the ball’s speed and tumbling it down immediately.</p>
<p> But make sure that in soccer training drills, this technique should not be rigorously taught to the young players. It is very typical of them to use their hands while trying to stop the ball with the chest. This practice could lead to a problem by kids getting comfortable using their hands to deal with the ball.</p>

<p>Strength exercises will help you build lean muscle; the more lean muscle you have, the more fat and calories you burn.  If you want to get good results, you don&#039;t have to strength train for more than ten minutes per day. This will tone and shape your body while focusing on areas that contain muscles which burn more fat.  Keep in mind that your workouts need to be stimulating but not too intense.</p>
<p> Make sure that you don&#039;t over-exercise. Build up to harder workouts over time. You should always start with body warming exercises and then shift to the tougher exercises.  There are quite a few people who have been able to achieve an effective reduction of their weight with these rapid weight loss diet programs. If you follow programs you would have to keep a check on the calories that you consume.  To lose weight in an easy manner, be sure you are burning more than you are eating. Keep in mind that different foods will have different calorie contents. Therefore you can always use a diet and calorie chart to keep track of the number of calories you are consuming on a daily basis.</p>
