What Is The Best At Home Cardio Workout?

Do you prefer to workout at home instead of going to the gym? If this sounds like you then your normal workout routine is probably something where you do a little bit of weight lifting and probably a lot of running. Its not that these are the only workouts you can do but usually people stick to the same workouts they learned in high school. Unfortunately when you do the same workouts you can lose the results you have as your body gets use to it. You might be in shape but it will not look like it.

To get in ridiculous shape at home you need to try the Insanity workout routine. It is a two month long intense exercise program done inside your house. What it does is combine cardio and resistance and you do them as hard and as fast as you can. Imagine going all out for 45 minutes with small 30 second breaks in between. There is no possible way that you will not sweat. You will be pushing your body to a whole new level as you just try to keep up.

You need to go into this workout of the mindset of getting ripped. Otherwise you might not be able to get pass the Insanity Fit Test as it is hard but only 20 minutes long. This is for somebody who is already in decent enough shape from doing a workout like P 90 X but is looking for something new to do. There are no fancy accessories needed to do this workout but only the will to complete it.

It is so tough that when you are following the dvds you will see the people behind the head trainer having to take breaks as it is just so hard. Watching people with six pack abs and a lean body already dropping proves that this is intense.

If your goal is to tone up your body and get a lean look then the Insanity home workout program is for you. It will tone every single muscle in your body as none go unnoticed. At the end of 60 days you will be in the best shape of your life.
