What Ab Workouts Must A Man Do To Lose Belly Fat?

Almost every man wants to lose some excess fat on their waist to get the six pack abs they always wanted.. Most guys want to get rid of the gut and do it fast. Many guys cannot admit it but they eat a ton of food over in the non summer months and the second it gets warm they head to the gym to get rid of the fat they gained. It is not that easy to do as losing fat around the abs takes time.

Most guys look over how tough it is to get rid of that pot belly they have. The fat that covers the ab area is the hardest fat to lose because it is commonly called 'stubborn' fat.

The reason is that you're bodies made up a little bit differently around the mid section are. What's the reason for this? It all comes back to where our main organs are located and those need to be protected. As such, your fat belly is going to do everything it can to hold onto it. This makes it much harder to lose excess weight around your abs.

What you need to do is trick you're belly by working very hard. This can be done but you need to set the right expectations with a time line that can be achieved.

What is the best ab exercises for men that will start burning away the tummy fat? Start off with weight lifting. When lifting, be sure you are lifting as heavy as you possibly can, as this is what will ramp up your metabolism the highest. You will want to do reps in the 8-12 range to achieve the right metabolism.

Next you need to start doing cardio exercises for ab muscles.  Don't do hours on end though, focus on doing sprints. In fact, better yet is to sprint first, then do more steady state cardio afterwards. This will get the fatty acids out from your tissue and expose it through the longer run where you burn it off. This type of set-up can be far more effective at getting that stubborn fat off your body than doing a typical cardio session is.

How is you're diet? Too many fat or carbohydrates calories will slow your progress, while protein, generally speaking will help due to the fact the body burns more calories just digesting it.

Do not go over the top with this diet as there is no need to eat more than 1.5 grams or protein per pound of body weight. Eat your calories and carbs near workout times and fatty foods at other times.

Being patient and committing yourself to the gym is the only way you will ever get the six pack abs you want.
