3. Find a buddy in the battle of the bulge. Sometimes the worry of letting someone else down could be the silver bullet you've been missing to keep yourself invested in a workout at home. Your buddy might even be willing to split some of the costs on home gym equipment.
4. Keep it interesting. The fact that you love to run now that doesn't guarantee you will later on. To keep things interesting for you and for your body both of which could get bored with monotony, change it up by adding in two or three different workouts each week or so.
5. Test it out before you work it out. Not liking your workout at home regime is a surefire way to lead to failure.
