You do not want to keep amassing fat deposits in all those unwanted places, so do not let yourself be seduced into another irresponsible irresistible meal.
A lot of fat areas can be sorted out with ‘specific training’ or exercise but it is more difficult to lose fat arms in particular beneath the arm, because of it's stubbornness.

The best way to advance from here is to attempt to lose overall body weight, as targeting the arms will more than likely prove to be largely ineffective. That reduction in overall body fat will result in the form of slimmer arms, which will in turn be easier to tone with exercise.

(1) Cardio Exercise
2 or 3 times a week you should keep aside half hour for cardio workouts and stick to it religiously.
30 minutes proves extremely effective at burning off fat. Cardio will be anything things like going up and down stairs at home to cycling, running, swimming and even walking.
Try using the stairs in preference to jumping on the elevator.

(2) Portion Sizes
It is proven that four or five smaller meals a day are far better than 2-3 enormous ones for losing weight. Minimize the size of your portions in addition. Make smaller plates last longer, chew every bite thoroughly, and enjoy the food.
(3) Water
There's nothing like water to help energize and rejuvenate your body. Consume it all day, between meals, before, after and with meals, first thing in the day and last thing at night. You'll feel fuller for a lot longer and this will help in reducing fat deposits hence making it easier to lose fat arms.
