Well I am here to give you some helpful facts that will aid you in your weight loss goals simple things you might have, or might have not known about your body. If you follow these simple eating rules your body will aid indigestion and give you better health aiding your goal of weight loss

• Eat and prepare your food with no negative emotion or feeling this works on you unconscious mind which might mentally block your goals.

• Drink liquids alone, not more than a mug full during meals or 2hr after the meal. Over drinking will have a negative effect in your digestive system.

• No milk with meals, 1hr before meals or 2hr after is recommended.

• You shouldn’t do eating fruit with meals. They should be eaten alone before 12pm.fruit is recommended to be eaten 1hr before you eat a meal or 2hr after.

• No coffee during meals this will aid in the digestion of your meal. So its recommend to have coffee 1hr before meal and 2hr after.

• Eat slowly enjoy the taste with every chew tantalizing your taste buds.

• Eat nutritional meals, not to stimulate or entertain your boredom. Eat only when you hungry.

• Rest relax after meals lay back and chill while your meal works its way through recommend about half an hour.

• Small frequent meals are better. Rich in nutritional value better than quantity.

• No antacids they mess everything up

• Don’t take a nap for at least 3hr after a meal

Eating nutritional food will help you gain muscles with your weight lifting, increase your overall energy and provide your muscles with the correct nutrition.
