Get Six Pack Abs, As Fast As Possible
It can be tough to learn how to get six pack abs. But there's a BIG reason why.
That's because there's a whole lot of myths surrounding it.
And the biggest myth floating around is that in order to get abs you've got to spot reduce.
Spot reducing is the belief that you can single out one area of your body and improve it. The most common spot reducing myth is that to get abs all you've got to do is a bunch of crunches or use the ab device being promoted on late-nite tv.
That's simply not the case: Spot reducing is a myth. It's the reason why all those ab gizmos don't work.
How can this be?
Easy. Regardless of how much you exercise your abdominals (even if it's hours in the gym) they're still buried under a deep layer of fat.
What does this mean? If you want to see your abs, you've got to get rid of excess belly fat that's kept them in hiding all these years…
To burn that fat off, you'll need to workout and eat right. And get this: it can't be some fad diet or workout routine you got out of some magazine or heard on daytime television.
What you have to do is very specific. With that said, there are THREE MAJOR KEYS to get six pack abs that look great out on the beach, in a very short amount of time.
Tip #1 to Getting Six Pack Abs Fast — Feed Your Body Often.
Sure this sounds a little counter-intuitive. But the thing is, that in order to burn fat you need to crank up your metabolism. The easiest way to do it is to eat frequently to prevent your body from going into "starvation mode." This translates into four, five, or even six meals per day. When eating these meals, you want to spread them out about every three to four hours.
Each of the meals should contain a protein low in fat. Normally that means lean cuts of beef, chicken, turkey or fish. You'll also want to add a 'good' carb to your meal. A few excellent choices would be beans or whole wheat pasta (but not too much!).
Finally, the meal should have some veggies (fibrous carbs) like broccoli, or even spinach.
Tip #2 to Getting Six Pack Abs Fast — Build Muscle.
Building muscle is another great way to boost your metabolism.
Preferably, you should work the bigger muscle groups like the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus maximus, pectorals, and back.
Good exercises for this are bench press, deadlifts, and pullups.
When you build muscle, your body burns more calories. Even if all you're doing is sitting on the couch.
Now on to the final part.
Six Pack Abs, Fast Tip #3 — Cardio.
Chances are that when you hear the word cardio, you instantly think of doing endless hours on the treadmill. Fortunately there's a much better alternative.
You get much better results doing high intensity interval training. This is when you exercise for a short period of time but increase the effort you put out.
One example of this is sprinting followed by walking. Sprint for a minute. Then walk for a minute. Just 20 minutes of switching between the max exertion and rest is all you'll need.
With high intensity training, you'll give your metabolism the kick it needs. It has no choice but to start burning more fat — ultimately letting your six pack to show through.
By following these 3 tips, getting six pack abs fast will be a reality.
You're practically guaranteed success if you do these things on a daily basis. No doubt, once you have a set of six pack abs you'll feel on top of the world!
