Get Rid of Flabby Arms Naturally

If you knew how to get rid of flabby arms you probably wouldn’t be dreading the spring and summer seasons.  And you wouldn’t be afraid of warmer months calling for sleeveless shirts and bathing suits.

If you watch some famous people on TV showing their flabby arms don’t you feel embarrassed for them?  And do you think that there is no way that you could do the same?

Wearing long-sleeve shirts all year round isn’t really the best way for how to get rid of flabby arms.  In fact, you’re not really getting rid of them at all.  You’re just hiding them.
Luckily, there is hope for people with flabby arms.

Adding some basic exercises to your daily routine is easy and doesn’t take a lot of time.

At this moment in YOUR life YOU can choose to exercise.  But you don’t need to use dumbbells or go to the gym!  You can get rid of flabby arms at home, for free!

All you need to do is take 15 minutes a day to drastically improve not only the muscle tone in your arms, but your overall level of fitness as well.  In the kitchen, use any surface for doing pushups.

Use the worktops if you are a beginner, and you can increase the difficulty level by lowering the surface later on.  Pushups are a great way to help get rid of flabby arms fast.

The first time you do pushups, you may only be able to do a few.  That’s OK!  Do as many as you can.  Then tomorrow, try to increase that amount, even if you can only increase it by one.  The next day, do the same thing.   The best way how to get rid of flabby arms is just that simple.

Next, you’ll want to start working your triceps (the muscles on the backside of your upper arms.  ‘Tricep dips’ are one of the best exercises that you can do in order to get rid of flabby arms.

Ideally you need a bench or a stable chair, or use the worktops and kitchen table.  Or, you can be creative and invent your own option.  Any height of chair will do as long as it is lower than your bottom, so you can sit down on it but that it’s not so high that you need to hop on to it.

If you are using a chair, sit down and place your hands on the front edge of the chair.   The bulk of your body should be supported by your heels.  Now move your body forward and away from the bench so that you hang and support your upper body on your straight arms and lower body on your heels.   Next, do the “tricep dip” and move your upper body down toward the floor until your shoulders are nearly flush with the floor.

Do it first as many times as you can, and don’t forget to increase repetitions daily or weekly.  You must always push yourself forward. You can increase difficulty levels by moving your heels forward and straightening you legs.

The tip for doing it correctly is to dip your body down, avoid bending forward.

That’s how by waking up even 15 minutes earlier a day and doing these two simple exercises you can start getting rid of your flabby arms.

Like most exercises, pushups and tricep dips will help you build and tone your muscles.  If you are overweight, you should also reduce the number of calories you are eating every day and increase the amount of activity you do daily as well.

Cut back on high calorie food or reduce your portions and walk or do other cardiovascular exercise at least 3 times a week and you‘ll see some great results.

With an increased exercise regime and a sensible diet you should be able to lose about two pounds a week easily.

Getting started it the hardest part, but once your exercise routine has become a habit, it will be as easy as getting out of bed in the morning.
