Craig Ballantyne – Gets Better Health
Are you poor and overly tired of going to the gym to go through the same routine everyday? Then Craig Ballantyne may have a system for you. Most weightlifters and athletes face this at one time or another when lifting weights. Many people may choose to utilize programs found in fitness and exercise publications whereas many others scan through internet fitness communities to formulate an exercise program. On the contrary, other people prefer to follow celebrity workouts for a break from their routinary training program.
What, you might be wondering, are famous celebrity workouts? You will see great results from these workouts, they work exactly as they say. If you think Brad Pitt built that "Fight Club" body with no help, you're living in a parallel universe. It is possible for you to get in incredible shape because many actors have. But it is very difficult to do on your own which is why most actors use a coach or trainer.
Although there are many poorly designed exercise programs in many exercise and fitness publications, there are a few gems available in those publications. Let us examine some of the notorious celebrity workouts.
Certainly most people remember just how large Gerard Butler appeared during the movied titled 300, correct? All of the Spartans looked good, especially Gerard Butler. They did not do it on their own. The 300 exercise program was created to get the actors in the movie in the best shape possible so that they can play the role of Spartan warrior as convincingly as possible. You probably would not want to see a fat and flabby Spartan warrior. The key components of the workout were endurance, muscle building, and fat burning. The exercise savant who devised the 300 exercise program has added more things to the workout. For the actors in 300 they used a circuit style workout which is where you do a number of different exercises to work the same muscle group all in succession with very little break. Several of these exercises consist of pull-ups, deadlifts, box jumps, and kettlebell clean and presses.
The 300 does not utilize the most effective moves when it come to serious bodybuilding methods. This product works on your coordination building exercises.
Jay-Z utilized the next celebrity workout that we are going to discuss. He has a workout system that keeps him looking good, because just hip-hop isn't enough. Like the 300, Jay-Z's system does not rely too much on aesthetic moves. It instead works to improve performance as well as muscle mass.
The exercises combine different muscle groups, providing a full body workout with fewer movements. Jay-Z's exercise program includes modified pull-ups, one-arm presses, high pulls, and squat presses, among other exercises. These movements require a lot of athleticism, and should improve your athletic performance.
Keep in mind when you're lifting that if you're tired of doing it the same way every time, you can try using some of these workouts used by celebrities to keep it interesting and bring in some variety.
