Chandler Boot Camps - Start Blasting Away Fat!

Boot camp fitness is becoming the popular way to work out. It's great for women to work their entire body, and it's fun.  A boot camp might be just what you are looking for, especially if you are not getting the results you desire by doing your same monotonousness routine.

Chandler boot camps are held outdoors and in groups, making it a nice change from a stuffy old gym.Most of the exercises performed at boot camp can be highly demanding, but that works in your favor as it works different muscle groups all at the same time.This helps to burn massive amounts of calories.  Expect to see fat and weight loss, and workouts such as cardio, strength training, endurance, while improving your flexibility by stretching before and after camp sessions.  You will be on your way to a leaner and toned body in no time.

This extinguish's the blah in exercsing while getting something new and different each day.One session at camp is an hour, either bright and early or later in the evening.  Even if you do not have a lot of time, boot camp can easily fit into some of the busiest women's schedules.  These workouts are great for women who are conscious of their time management.

Here is an example of a few bootcamp exercises: stretching, jump ropes, sprints, lunges, and using free weights.There are some days where you may need to partner up with someone.  This is another added benefit as you get to know other women and develop camaraderie within your group.

If you are new to boot camp or exercising for that matter, usually the trainer allows you to train at your own pace.Other campers next to you might be veterans and use heavier weights than you. No matter what fitness level you currently are at, there is something for everyone.

Something to consider is your boot camp apparel.It's always a good idea to dress in layers especially in the colder weather, as the camps are held outside.It's important to stay properly hydrated since most of the sessions will be pretty intense.

If you have any health concerns it's always wise to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.  Usually the trainer will assess you before camp and get your weight, measurements, and BF %.  You will find these tools helpful to track your progress throughout your boot camp experience.
