Belly Fat – How to Lose Belly Fat – No Sit Ups Required

Belly fat problem! It is there and no matter how hard we try to hide it – we are just fooling ourselves if we think that it goes unnoticed by others. But luckily it is much easier to lose weight fast and even lose belly fat than most people think… and not even a single sit up is needed. Let me elaborate more…

Contrary to what most people think that there is no such thing as spot burning fat by working out a certain part of your body more than other areas. This holds true especially with stomach fat. Sure you can tighten things up a little here and there and make things look firmer but the fantasy of spot losing fat is still just a dream.

Let us look at the truth about your body and the best way of how to lose belly fat.

1. Your belly has the greatest concentration of fat cells. Since your belly has the biggest fat cells deposits, then any other part of your body you should not expect your belly fat to disappear first. You usually lose belly fat evenly with the rest of the fat on you body.

2. Exercise can speed things up. If you don't want to wait too long to see that flat tummy then exercise.

3. Find a diet that is your "Friend" not your "Enemy"

This is the biggest mistake I find when showing people how to reduce belly fat. Not all diets are created equal.

While that advice works nicely for some who never had a real problem in the first place, they just don't understand that all you have to do to gain belly fat is simply look at food and the belly fat piles on. So for Pete's sake make sure you are starting out with a diet that understands this and you will at least have a chance at winning.
